Wind Turbine i-500 Model
As a result of our ongoing improvement process, we are pleased to present our new wind generator i-500.
The newly developed IstaBreeze® i-500 is a wind generator for professional use.
The generous dimensioning of the generator components and the heat dissipation via the newly developed aluminum housing ensure a low thermal load which ensures a long service life even at high ambient temperatures.
The generator shaft runs in two encapsulated and permanent lubricated ball bearing bearings made of stainless steel. At the front bearing, a special friction-free sealing disc prevents the penetration of moisture and dust.
Installation in mast tube by plug connection. Required mast tube diameter: 37 mm Required dimension!
Hybrid Charge Controller 650W
This wind / solar hybrid charger 650 from IstaBreeze® is designed for parallel use
from 3-phase generators (AC) to max. 500 watts
and 2-phase photovoltaic modules (DC) up to max. 150 watts suitable.
Available in two versions: 12 Volt or 24 Volt
· Microchip controlled
· Aluminum casing
· LEDs for display: charging / battery connected / battery full
· Control the charging process to protect the battery from overcharging
· Braking the wind generator at too high wind speeds
This makes it possible to use wind generator power and solar module power for charging batteries.

It has never been so easy to install a wind generator.
With the IstaBreeze® Tower it is possible to build a wind generator in a few minutes.
The folding system simplifies the whole process.
During maintenance, only a few screws are released and the tower can be folded for maintenance.
The mast can be extended by a maximum of 2 meters!
Dowels and screws for the floor (concrete floor) is still needed !!

Optional The vibration damper for the wind generators i-500- L-500 and i-700 to i-2000, reduces the transmission of structure-borne noise from the wind generator into the mast and thus possibly into the house. The retrofit is very simple, because the body silencer has the same dimensions as the wind generator, it must only be inserted between them and screwed with the appropriate screws on the mast and the wind generator.
The vibration damper is compatible with our original IstaBreeze® masts 15kg and 40kg.
