I-700W Wind Turbine
After ordering this product, a hurricane hit the United States and the packages containing the tower were lost in a warehouse in Kentucky. Mr. Serkan, the sales and marketing specialist located them and got them to me. However, the baseplate had been torn from the package and was missing. He was willing to ship me a new one at no cost to me and at a considerable cost to his company even though it was not their fault. I received everything needed and installed the windmill. The quality of all of the materials is outstanding. The performance is better than expected. The quick response times to any email inquiries was almost immediate. I have never received better service before. I have lived off-grid for 15 years and I am confident that this windmill will serve me well for the rest of my life.
